The Pats have found a new tiny white guy to catch a ton of passes.
Yeah, my waiver order was 11 I think. I would have liked that too.bigchiefbc wrote:I just want to say that the Edelman situation is exactly why I wanted to go to FAAB/bidding for free agents, rather than waivers. At least under an FAAB system, any of us would have had the chance to get him, instead of just the guy with the #1 spot in the waiver order
I snagged Edelman with my #2 waiver, but I think it was fair given that I had the 11th draft spot and most of the elite rbs were gone before I had my first pick. Getting the 1st draft and the 12th waiver is a much more favorable position than the other way around. That being said, I think the entire thing should be auction style next year (draft+fa) since it's the most fair way to distribute playersbigchiefbc wrote:I just want to say that the Edelman situation is exactly why I wanted to go to FAAB/bidding for free agents, rather than waivers. I wasn't dissing you at all, I just never liked the waivers system. And your draft spot might not turn out to be as crippling as you think. I drafted 6th, and got Spiller, who I'm already worried is going to be a huge disappointment this year. RB as a position is so fucked.hollowhero wrote:I snagged Edelman with my #2 waiver, but I think it was fair given that I had the 11th draft spot and most of the elite rbs were gone before I had my first pick. But at least all my RB's had terrible games last week, so there's that.

Guilty as charged.D.o.S. wrote:You're just crying over Spiller't milk.
I had to make a choice between Bernard, Freddy Jackson and Ingram for my second flex. Who the hell knows what any of them are gonna do. Went with Bernard.hclapp219 wrote:And of course I pussied out 10 minutes before game time and tool Lamar miller out of my lineup...
And of course Freddy scores a TD today. Bernard better fucking do something tomorrow nightbigchiefbc wrote:I had to make a choice between Bernard, Freddy Jackson and Ingram for my second flex. It's a gift.hclapp219 wrote:MEC should get some kind of prize for how awesome he is at picking up free agents who blow up while on his bench...
