So I drink cowboy coffee.
fuck a french press.
Ha, that's awesome.
I don't have any coffee making devices either. On the rare occasions I make coffee at home, it's cowboy coffee for me too.
As long as the grind is right, that's all that matters. (TWSS)

For the uninitiated, what exactly is "cowboy coffee"? Grinds in a pot of hot water?

The drummer in my band is currently living under a store and has very little money/things with him. Basically, they said if he cleans it up, he can stay there for a while. One night he went dumpster diving and found a bunch of old Tassimo and Keurig boxes, most of which were full. Some had missing pods/K-cups and some just had dented boxes.
I asked him if he had a Tassimo or a Keurig machine. He said, "Nope, but I've got a filter*, a cup, and hot water." Awesome as fuck.
*He didn't say filter. He was using some sort of cloth, perhaps a cheese cloth.
