Started watching Bob's Burgers today. Pretty entertaining. I can't help but only see the comedians doing the voices though. They overpower the characters at times, which isn't really their fault.

I watched Dredd last night, the Judge Dredd revision. Not at all like the original but I really really liked it. I should have given it a chance earlier.

Yeah wasn't that bad... Portlandia 3 and Requiem and Quadrophenia and The Road were just added...

LaoWiz, you were right, man. Tokyo Fist was the shiiiiit. I especially liked the part that consisted of short shots of the main character in various derelict areas.
Dude knows how to capture the "dehumanizing city" feel for sure. The fight scenes were brutal. I liked the girl, too.

Also I just got the Tetsuo soundtracks, so good. Can't beat that Drop Hammer.

I liked it much more than the Stallone version. Karl Urban is one of my favorite actors in recent years. And that blonde chick is hot.

Karl Urban is awesome. I ended up liking Dredd a lot more than I thought I was going to. It was great that they didn't throw in an origin story or do a "save the world" plot line. I appreciated the small scale of the story: just Dredd, Mama, and a building.

Yes, man! His cinematography is stellar. All of those sequences of him in the city are fantastic. I saw it on the big screen once at a midnight show. Fucking great!

Finished all of the eps of Fairy Tail on Netflix. It's a decent enough background noise anime. It's not great or anything, but it's good if you need something to listen to while you're doing other stuff.
