Actually [sorry Inface ] But I really agree with you and have always found them lame.... but I join anyway for a joke... The number thing always makes my and so if you have ever noticed I try and mess with people by asking for a color instead... They took me seriously in the pedal builders thread and now they are using resistor color codes.....

I don’t hate the club threads, just find them a bit lame.
I do dislike all the “show me your” threads very lame they only need one like we have here.

It also bothers me that a black P or Jazz with a black pick guard will get 10 “it’s beautiful” responses, but any unusual color gets absolutely no response.

That’s why I won’t post photos any more.

For a long time outside of the Ibanez club my V is they only bass I have ever posted that anyone has ever said anything about... Even on basses I have built... I get more remarks from guitarist here

And I have decided once my subscription runs out [this month] I'm taking a break from TB, I'm fucking bored with it, I try and be amusing... but I'm just losing interest as a whole...

Yeah,...I'm not to sure I'm gonna to renew either, but that's mainly thanks to moderation not general TB lameness. The only problem is supporting membership is required to sell in the classies (although I'm primarily a buyer). It would suck to pay 20 bucks just to list a 50 dollar pedal. On that thought I'd just put it on CL and hope for a quick sale.

Actually I have never used the classifieds People find me for some reason... I sold both my cherry pops through pms.. spacelordmother asked in a thread and I just said PM me... I actually got two pm's and I had to pops And before that because I asked a question about DBA Ron Now pms me asking if I wanted to buy his custom ISBOD, so I do and didn't dig it as well as I thought I would and about the time I was like eh... he pms me again wanting to buy the thing back that worked out well... I've gotten a few other offers too... so for me I just don't need it. Any pedal I plan on selling down the road would most likely be more popular [if at all] over here then there anyway...

See, I use the TB classifieds all the time. I list things over here too, but the problem with that is:

(Please don't take this the wrong way guys, I really love it over here and I don't mean to rag on you)

People over here don't seem to have much money on the whole (except for a couple select people). I've sold $400 and $500 pedals over on talkbass, and I struggle to sell things for $100 over here. Maybe its that a lot of people over here are high school/college aged, and I remember how fucking poor I was in college.

Anyways, just for that reason alone, the TB membership is worth it to me. Plus, I actually do like posting over there, because I generally have no desire to try and be funny or rag on people or start shit, I just like talking about gear

I don’t worry; I complain which is some what different.

Actually I learned long a go that worrying is a useless exercise.
Either do something about it what ever it is or just accept what happens. Makes life much less stress free.

Either way today I’m not stressed or complaining about any thing.

Today I am contemplating getting one of these and playing it through every fuzz known to man, woman or beast, all at the same time.
