Work is underway on a new project (AUVN will still remain my main priority) with a sound that's reminiscent of Arvo Pärt, Grief, Mayhem, Pan Sonic, Swans, and Whitehouse. More details to follow soon...

The Scrutator arrived today and seems to be the perfect crunchy lofi filter in its current signal chain location. It is definitely leaps and bounds beyond the Hotone Krush in terms of how it brings the noize.

I've been trying to select pedals from certain categories, i.e., Filter, octave fuzz, synth/noise fuzz, modulation, overdrive, horn fuzz, rhythm fuzz, lead fuzz, and to not exceed 10 pedals on the main board. This has resulted in more structured noodling that may one day become song-like.

^ Nice! Do you have likea go-to setting on that clusterfuzz? It's still by far my most fun dirt pedal, and though the word "versatile" is sorta overused and meaningless when it comes to fuzz, it certainly applies to the clusterfuzz imo. And did you happen to find the octave setting? It's subtle, and I think you need low-ish output single coils, but mang does it sound sick
