Hahahaha that reminds me of the Zoom that I have. Traded a broken Devi pedal for it, turns out it was broken too. It still kind of works, I put it in my wife's signal chain when we play noise shows so she can use it as an octave down whammy. Surprisingly rules for that

behndy wrote:i lurrrrrrrrr the TL. and yeah, there's some menus, but it's pretty intuitive.
and there's a bunch of cool tricks like there's two parameter knobs, you can assign anything in the menu to them by going into the menu and holding down the selection knob, then move the knob you want to control that parameter. and you can set any parameter to the expression pedal.
GOOD STUFF.
i have a timeline...and i thought that parameter knob trick was only on the mobius. if i'm missing something, i would love to know about it! i use an expression pedal with the timeline..and if i could change bit rate/sample reduction on the lo fi delay, intervals on the ICE delay, filter type on the filter delay...all with an expression pedal...

Wes Mantooth wrote:And once you dial in everything on the TL you just save your presets and no more menus needed. Kinda miss having one but the Memory Lane 2 just sounds so good

Yeah that's the only thing i was deliberating about, it could easily cop the same kinda tones i get from my DT Sr and DML10 but i was kinda concerned i might still prefer the way those sound for some reason and end up right back where i am now
tomlane95 wrote:Yeah, I can imagine its be pretty intuitive
Let me know if the el cap or disaster transport doesn't make the cut

The El Cap would have to be pried from my cold dead hands, but i'm hoping to not need the DT Sr along with some other stuff so i'll let you know

For me, the ML2 is exactly the delay sound I'm looking for but the TL gets really close. I sold the TL because I just like having a simple delay or two in my signal (also have a Downward Spiral) and I just don't need any of the extra modes. If you like using different delay sounds all the time, the TL is easily the best delay I've played for that.

This Monday I'm going to pick up an Ampeg 8x10 cab in Grand Rapids. I'm going to get to play out of a Sunn head as well. I'm suuuuuuuper looking forward to this.
I'm planning on retolexing her and getting her back into prime condition. The latest it could be is from '72.

Better stop at Founders.
Or Brewery Vivant.
Or just about any of our breweries, because, beer science.

Mmmm, I love the Founders Breakfast Stout. I didn't even think to do that, but I definitely will!

The bitquest looks pretty cool! Ghetto sort of multieffect. That distortion sounds pretty brutal too.
