Plushies? Are we talking like Beanie Babies?
Pretty much... yeah

On purpose? Or like, for kids?
Yes, on purpose... and no, not for kids... for me.
In my defense... have you seen those squishables? YOU CANT RESIST!
I thought you were stupid.

Then I clicked on the links and saw stuff like this:

Not sure why the filename is Starcaster. That is most certainly NOT a Starcaster!

It's a Fender Performer. Not wild about the locking vibrato dealie but I love everything else about that thing.

It's cool to tune from the bridge, you can get some wild sounds... That's a cray guitar, I really like the pickup placement... :thumb:

Won't be able to play it until Sunday, ugh.

I got to play with it for like 15 minutes today. Twas cooool.

But I have a question: the resonance on the filter seems much louder than the volume of the oscillators, do you guys have this same experience? It was a really quick set up and it could have to do with what I was running it through, just curious.

thats just one mean vcf is all :) part of what makes it sound so organic  maybe you were just noticing some self oscillations?

I did notice the self-oscillation as well, but even in the higher range of the filter with the pulse up a bit, it just seemed much louder than the oscillators. But I still have to play with it more. If it keeps being an issue I'll try running it through some sort of compressor and see if I can tweak it a bit.

I can see myself having some fun with it though :joy:

well, the filter is boosting the freq you dial in, so you should notice an increase in volume of sorts. but i don't recall ever thinking anything was odd with my unit. you shouldn't need a compressor, but they can be fun. if its still noticeable after you're familiar with playing the unit....maybe contact eric?
