Hhaah yeah, basement just seems logical for sound reasons too, less noise if you're underground!

Yea exactly! But down here there are none cause of the ground is saturated. If you tried you'll constantly be dealing with a wet basement even if you sealed it all.

Fucking nice. My dream would've been to build but at the time we were buying that wasn't really an option for us. So I just wanted to make sure I had a big enough backyard to build something specifically for it.

I know my original plans were to build 15x25... would've been fine a few years ago.... not so much now. Seeing how I can expand that without blocking the view of my elephant ears and camellias.

My wife is originally from Cincinnati. The only reason (other than her family) that I would ever want to live there is that houses cost like $35 and they all have giant finished basements.

Precisely. Oddly enough there is quite a lot of culture there - well, amazing museums at least. The only other upside is I could get hella fat and still be thinner than pretty much everyone there

hahhaah that's always a plus! I do like museums but it's not like it's something I go to every week.

Not a fan of Ohio in general.

The mistake by the lake is OK, but that's about it.

Cincinnati has a cool zoo. A primate of sorts was eyeing up my girl and got really pissed when I bared my teeth at him.

Yeah - forgot about the zoo. It's really nice, and they do a rad Christmas light thing every year.

Man, I wish houses in this country had basements and attics. So much I could do with all that extra space.
