I was really surprised too by how good the BB sounds at low gain settings - perfect for a slight grit.

Like I said, I'm jelly. I never had a new Mesa amp until I bought my Carbine but always had my eye on the strategy and prodigy since they were first announced.
I played one and fell in love.

When I got my 400+ I tried it through a GK 15 and the GK acted like a dog that had been kicked feeling sorry for it's self.. poor little thingjwar wrote:How do you think this would sound with my GK cab?

got a trade pending for my Kramer, gonna trade for a 78 musicmaster bass. I'm not really into short scales but it looked cool, figure i'd like it more than the Kramer
