Also, I enjoyed this dude's explanation of ring modulation:

If Jack Black can do gear reviews, why not Drew Carey?

 I am a deer reader. :D

Pretty sure there's no ring mod on this album, but I like this band:

EDIT: You think we could get Chris Elliot to play Ryan in the 60 Cycle Hum movie? :snax:

i am super interested in both of these, but i think in my setups they will serve totally different purposes.

The Red Panda Radius seems the most tweakable and precise (digital) ring mod i have ever witnessed, and the tracking function - if it really works, and knowing red panda stuff it's reasonably sure it does - is incredible. For the same reasons, and for my aexperience with the Raster two - which shares part of the same structure - i don't think it's gonna be the most immediate ring mod to tweak on the fly.

On the other hand the Phreak is not so deep but super immediate, and if you read the manual it has a few hidden tricks (and modes!) up its sleeve that are gonna make it super fun to use in a live situation.

Anyways, it's gonna be fine to mix these two and the Pladask Feber :animal:

i'm just a poor unfrozen cave guitarist. your modern ring modulators confuse and frighten me.
