i am a phase guy. hands down.
but this thread has me questioning my existence because i am definitely a moon person.
want to know what i hate?
phaser videos.
(but i keep watching them.... masochist i know)
they do all the things i hate about phasers, and very little of what i like.
but that’s what i get for being an oscillator guy in a guitar world i guess.
this thread definitely brought me out of lurk mode though.

before i knew better, i moved the inner trim pots (and didn't mark where they were originally)

I was in a Cure kick the past few weeks and flangers are all I want care about right now.
I don't need anything crazy, the MXR micro flange is cheap and sounds nice.
I like phase, but they never end up staying on my board

Those look cool, though for simplified, small flanges, it's worth considering the Guyatone FL-3. Personally I'd rather have a knob for depth than resonance,
and you get three resonance settings. Plus it's
pink

Does your MXR Micro Flanger has a volume boost when engaged ? This seems like a common issue...

I was by the GC and they had a TC Blood Moon for $35 but I didn't pick it up. Did I make a coward's choice?
