Tavor from what I heard is actually a fear-killer. The one time I took it against fear of flying I had the same sort of thoughts in my head but not the according feelings. That wasn't too bad. My girlfriend also managed despite being much more afraid of flying than me. (I just took it out of curiosity). But from her I know that it is possible to get to Norway without lifting off, because that's what she did when she was there.

I probably should. But yeah, fuck flying. After the first incident I was like "okay, that sucked, but the chances of something similar happening again are too slim". Second time it happened:

Since apparently this is put into consideration, stuff that I could offer if you came here:


- Beer is cheap*
- So are ciggies*
- Food is much better than its fame. Especially in my part of town, where it's crowded with Turkish, Lebanese or Maroc places.
- I will find a way to accommodate everyone nearby (Even if it means sleeping on the floor at a decrepit venue)
- We could rent a recording studio as we did last time I hosted a meet-up
- I could look for a special place to play in, there is a church I'm thinking of and a factory. But that would mean planning and I'll only start looking into that if it's confirmed.
- Gayness is very acceptable in this town.
- There is a huge Music Store (aptly named Music Store) right around the corner if you want to try Synths or something.
- We could possibly cruise around in my car and listen to german gangster rap.
- There has been no ILFEMALL here since 2015!


*cheap is relative, but definitely much cheaper than in scandi countries and probably also cheaper than in the UK

I was thinking about Kulturkirche Ost.
But your hints spark my imagination. They remind me that a friend of mine is going to curate some shit in Deutzer Brücke. Means we might be able to go full on Einstürzende Neubauten and jam inside a Bridge crossing the Rhine. And I mean INSIDE the thing, because it is hollow.
