Holy shit--the house, the house, the house is on fire! Too much good stuff!

I just gotta say--Byard Lancaster was a total sweetheart of a man- - used to play in the train station concourse in Center City Philly (and when SEPTA tried to shut him down, he sued them and won, twice), and he was always happy to shoot the breeze, and was just so complete in the moment when he was playing...it made Philly cool for a few minutes (and at the time Philly was pretty uncool, really).
