yeah plug him in when you can. dont think theres any way he can survive 16 games in this offense. wish i would have drafted him.

could be mistaken but id ont think ive seen RG3 keep the ball on a single read option play in this game. and i dont think the eagles are even playing him to run. i think these are just designed handoffs.

Dude he's got a whole point now!

I think this game is coming down to your kicker.

Alright, awesome first week guys! A lot of the matchups that looked like they were gonna go down to the wire ended up not being as close as I thought. The closest match was the one between myself and MEC, which I ended up winning by 12.5 points.

This week was mostly about running backs totally sucking: Spiller, Ridley, Lynch, CJ, David Wilson, Lamar Miller, etc. I would have had to add Martin and Morris to that list, except they snuck in TDs to make themselves at least somewhat useful.

Meanwhile, basically every matchup had a TE go nuts for around 20-25 points (VDavis, Cameron, Myers, Witten, Cook, and then Julius Thomas putting up 28 on the waiver wire).

What's better about Yahoo? The last time I used it was in 2005, and I'm assuming it has changed a bit since then...

No clue who to start in flex2: james jones, lance moore, or kyle williams... there's also montee ball and isaiah pead but I don't see those 2 getting much playing time

james jones is the easy pick of those 3 on a weekly basis unless one of the other 2 does something crazy a couple weeks in a row
ball and pead - like both of them - wish i had them - wait and see type guys. i think pead will get a chance to shine because richardson is shit. after pead blows up the next week he will probably be slotted for the start. then you might have a dilemma. hard to say when that happens, could be this week, but impossible to predict.

I think I'm going with Jones since he's the safe bet, but I've got this nagging suspicion that kyle williams is going to have a good week soon...the 49ers don't have a lot of good targets other than Boldin and Davis.

imo, best to wait until williams has 1 or 2 breakout weeks before you give him a spot. been there, done dat
ive played sleepers vs good matchups based on nothing else (except for desperation)
only worked one time, miles austin breakout game over kc, performance that made him a household name
every other 99999999 times it has been fail

Definitely not sure what to do with my second flex spot. Stay with Lamar Miller, or go with either Joique Bell or Hartline and hope they have big days again? Playing both Bell and Bush frightens me a little bit in case the Lions offense doesn't get moving...

im stuck trying to figure out whether or not to play lamar miller in the flex myself

i need to start 2 of these guys for my ppr, 2 open flex spots

Marlon Brown (vs cle 23rd best pass d)
Cecil Shorts (@ oak 16th)
Lamar Miller (@ ind 15th best run d)
Knowshon Moreno (@ nyg 21st)

(defensive rankings are according to my leagues crazy scoring, i believe)

if cecil is playing im going cecil, 4 pm game tho, right now he is Q with a groin
if i start marlon brown id be doing exactly what i was preaching against doing a post ago

I don't like it as much as yahoo either. But... I've been playing on yahoo much longer so I know where everything is.
