I like that it has a switchable loop, something I'm looking for, and decent dirt channel options. The mig is 50w, but it's a louder 50w, and I am looking for a cab on the cheap, but on the decent side as well. So it does tick a few boxes. I do have some dirt pedals I'm not using I was gonna offload for cash to get a 4x12 anyway, so this seems like something of a solution. It gets problematic as I just spent a bunch on getting parts to fix the sovtek up with and I kinda don't want to let it go without solving a few problems on it. I'll probably be even more reluctant after I get stuck into it.

That is a dirt cheap price down here though. Just some perspective.

Not familiar with that but it does sweeten the deal.
But hey man, dont ask us, follow your heart man. go play it and bring your board or whatever else you might use and let your ears decide.

I guess it's more a matter of getting my foot in the door with the trade as I have zero cash to offer.
Plus I figured I'd ask you guys as you've had more experience with hiwatts (they arent very common down here, it's like Marshall,peavey, Mesa or gtfo) and I wanted to see if anyone knew what the hell kind of cab it was and whether or not it was worth it. I'm more in it for the cab, but if I could get a sweet head out of it I would be stoked.

Those 75w Sheffields are some of my fav speakers ever for high gain metal. When i went out and bought my first tube half stack I tried out 4 different cabs, and Ampeg 4x12, a Mesa Straight cab, a vintage Marshall with green backs, and a Peavey cab just like what those came out of. I walked out the store with the Peavey, it had better highs and lows and just handled high gain crunch better then any of the others. My least fav was the marshall, it was all mids and nothing else, probably cut good in a band mix but sounded like it had a wet blanket over it.

If it messes with your priorities man, don't hassle yourself. If you need to grab speakers anyway, then I'm down. We'll just have to figure out a way to ship them supereconostyles. Either way, thanks bud! Really appreciate it.
