Oh!

hmm...Not sure what to tell you. Usually your falsetto can achieve higher pitches without getting raspy or strained..so, there may be an underlying problem there

there's nothing wrong, it's just that I ask too much of my voice.
these are the kind of pitches I'm trying to hit:

(skip to about 50 sec. in)
these are the kind I can hit:

maybe I didnt listen to the right part of the LCD SoundSystem song, but I didn't really hear any particularly high stuff

I was gonna say that the two songs seem like they're in completely different ZIP codes, as far as the highest note in each one, but..you probably already figured that?

I was giving reference points. The first song has the range (during the chorus at the two points he says "you can")I am going for and the lcd song (specifically the part where it goes "cloud block out the sun......") is what I actually sound like

in future i might have a problem

the problem is it's over 400$
and they don't go around used very often
edit: 1200ms of analog delay, effects loop, switchable trails, tap tempo, built in 12v ps and you can easily change between tapped tempo and dialed tempo -> faux preset... fuck

Ah, I getcha now...
the only real advice I can give would be maybe to gradually work up to it? Like, get really comfortable with the range you're at now, then gradually try to sing songs that have higher notes until you get to where you want to be?
That's how I did it, but then again...I also took Voice in college, so

lol, nice coincidence
anyway the weird thing is the pedal isn't news... it's been around for a while yet it's not very acknowledged and... apparent...
finding one used for a decent price might be a pain in the ass... i hope i'll find something that catches my eye more

Out: Korg PadKontrol & money
Incoming: EAU CLAIRE THUNDER
In today: DIRT TRANSMITTER
I'm surprised at how sputtery the Dirt Transmitter can get. Sounds more 8-bit & video game-ish than my legend of fuzz at low intensities.
