So after jamming a bit tonight I made a decision. I pulled my board aside and not touching it for about a month. I am so fucking bored with what I'm playing that I barely have an interest in the bass anymore. It sucks. I'm going to take the minimalist approach and either plug straight in or use just an OD, and I mean a light od, and maybe a looper. I want just take a break and see if that helps.
If not, I'm probably going to take a break from playing. Sucks because I hate doing that, but I'm to the point where I'm like "what the fuck is the point?" I was supposed to be starting up playing with a friend and that would have helped keep me interested, but god damn. A guy can only play alone for so long. I sad.

Right there with you, for a long time I have struggled with keeping a consistent play schedule but jamming alone does have it's limits unless you have a drive to break them. Best advice I can give is just keep all of that delicious loot you have and take a break.
ORRRRR you can jam with people here over ILF. Take our very own Blooghost, dude has been an at home player for as long as I can remember and the dude puts out some awesome shit.
