Here is what happens when I try to plug them all in at once. I've found that I can kinda get one of the pancakes in with the power jack, it's just that the power plug is slightly leaning to the opposite side. If I use a straight cable in the other audio jack, it all fits, but very snugly. I'll probably have to get a non-pancake right-angle for the other jack. Oh well

Try putting the pancakes in first. Also, if you angle them slightly it helps - mine won't go in with plugs that are oriented exactly vertically. Can take a photo of mine later today when I head down to the rehearsal room.

I think the power supply cable is the main culprit there, chief.

Well right now it's on a 3-way daisy chain which I don't have an extra for. I'm going to have to re-arrange my power leads and see if I can get this one on it's own isolated channel so I can use a single power cable, which I have plenty of.

Dude BCBC, I just checked, and your Cioks plugs are def broader than mine are - mine are pretty much the same width as the barrel. So that'd be your problem. If you need some funky skinny euro shit (in case Behndy's West Coast shit doesn't solve things) let me know. Also checked, all of my plugs are angled like 10° outwards (with the cable leading away from 90°).

I've never had a problem with both of my elements and pancakes.

Are the two pancakes touching each other or is it the DC plug that's getting in the way? Is is straight or right angle?

I was going to say that I've never had a problem either, but then I went to double check. In both of my elements I have one pancake on and one regular. I remember know that it was sue to sizing (length) so I guess I can't say for sure. I thought I had run just pancakes before though...
