Judging by the control plate, body, and neck, it seems to be a custom build made from various parts.

Looks like they started with a Squier CV 50s Tele and added the jazzmaster parts. Must have just relocated the jack to the control plate seeing as there's tape where it normally goes.

It'd probably be easier if you started with one of these, though

I want to try a Dynamic Trem (Mustang) to see how it compares, I've heard it can be pretty crazy.
