they're headed to Matt at Disaster Area to get the DMC6d and Expander guts dropped in. he's a peach. and was cool with sending the drilled and milled boxes to Dan Dan to prettify first. yay!

I was looking for one for more guitary stuff. Not sure if it's suited for bass. Or if bass specific wah pedals are really more marketing exercises than they are a necessity.

I am going to say that not all Bass Wahs are a gimmick. I had one that absolutely brought the Thunder, it was a lowpass wah and had resonance control, and it did a few other tricks like auto-wah, envelope mode. It was ugly but just a really awesome pedal.
Gig-FX Sub Wah.
I guess that was just more admission of laziness in that I hadn't experimented with the Morley on bass or in the signal chain.

Awesome! I was wondering if Dan did that rectangle shape. Looks badass. I didn't think Matt was very reliable? Has he been doing better lately???

Warkwick, I've always dug the Dunlop 105q. Dunno why. It's like the perfect wah IMO.

huh. i've never had problems with him. i bought a DMC3 off him like a year ago, went smooth as butts. he even did a custom color for me. PRETTY PRINCESS PINK FTW. took a couple weeks i think? he works in batches i believe.

this one he drilled and milled for me super quick, then shipped to Danno quick quick, Danzy did a weekend turnaround 'cause he's a pimp like that, and Matt's trying to do a one day build for me. so i can have it by this weekend.

EVERYBODY IS SO. DAMN. NICE.

loooooooveeeeeeeee.

oh jia. before i start a thread to get REALLY REALZ about it, we just got contacted by 2 pretty awesome music making bands from Seattle that are setting up some shows in our Yarea in February. we're trying to hook them up with more bands and all that shizz and talking about rolling through their hood and playing with them.

if we do that we'd for sure want to grab another show or two either in Portland or somewhere else close by to make the weekend off drive worth it. Warwicky, you're in Portland ne? any places we should hit up? anybody else got the good spot/bands to try to link up with suggestions?

doooooo.... all the work for me?

*bats eyelashes*

*shakes ass*

Dudes get baby weight?

This I did not know.

Anyway, behndy, there's a solid contingent of other-portlanders in the doom room, might want to ask around there for venues.

I lost weight. Lack of sleep and generally neurotic first time parent behaviour were the likely culprits. But it's pretty normal for guys to put on weight. No time for physical activity and eating random food at random times is bad for the health.
