It's good. It just doesn't have the balls that the Uber does. It's a great OD/boost that gets into nasty disto areas though. I think I just need to play around with it more. I bought it brand new at GC (eeek!). So it was 3 bills. I had to though. It was staring at me in the case saying "buy me fucker, do it".


Also loving the GK head. It's older but sounds identical to my ears. Weird. I like the look of it too. Has more mojo. Plus this fucking head take effects WAY better than the Genz ever did or the Eden for that fact. Everything just sounds...better. I was starting to lose hope in the Mountainking pedals, switched heads and holy fuck. Balls to the wall baby! So odd how that works. Everything sounds better...including my B7K. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I won't look back! NEVER!!!!!!!!

The nice thing about buying from GC is the return policy. You can take it in and get your money back without having to explain yourself or feeling bad for them.

Very true, that's what I did when I bought the Uberschall. Bought it, recorded it, exchanged it for the Red.

I wish I didn't wait 10 months 'cause I want to get the Uber back now.

We clearly have two different things going on in regards to our musical equipment. I buy things I like and hold on to them for as long as possible.

I still love my 700RB-II so much.

Every once in a while I think how much nicer a tube amp might be, and I get to thinking how the sound that is on all of my favorite records, so on and so forth. But then I play through my amp and I am more than satisfied with the sound of it. Plus it cost me 300 used and it'll keep kicking forever.

Pedals I trade quite a bit, but everything else was once I bought it I kept it. Three basses (but they were all cheaper ones), and one amp got sold.
