I really like the Mutable Instruments cables, they have a soft fuzzy braiding on them and feel nice. Most of my cables are either Stackcables or cheapo LMNTL (I think) but if I ever need more cables I'll get the Mutable ones next time. They sell them in a bundle for $50 I think but I forget how many cables you get. If you want cheaper the LMNTL ones are ok but I don't know how they compare to other affordable ones.

Tomorrow I'm meeting this guy to get my Modcan Quad Envelope and my rack will be done(ish) or at least I'll take a chill on buying stuff for a while.

Get some black market modular cables. They're the best I think. Nice colours, small, keep their shape nicely, etc.

Yeah, Black Market/LMNTL style is the nicest. I need at least 10 more of the shortest ones. The long Verbos ones are also nice. Also, some Vermonas for audio between the best modules, if you want to start getting corksniffy. :thumb:
I think the Malekko boxes are going to cause a tidal wave of BSP flippage. Still can't find a superbooth clip for them yet...

Black one comes w more cables too. Jerks. I want the black one but I can't justify 299 when I just got my white one for 209 new.

Since this is on topic, what are other multi-envelope module options? Looking for AD or ASD envelopes, preferrably more than 2 in one module. Aside from the the Modcan I know of the Qudra from Intellijel. Any others worth mentioning?

Also my BSP wont output on any of the drum trigger channels and it's pretty damn annoying. In the midst of emailing with tech support, no progress yet

Kbit - Ornament + Crime can do it I believe but I mostly use it as a quantizer and haven't ever really used the envelopes on it.

Or go big and get the Erogenous Tones RADAR

Sweetwater has them for $250 new, free shipping? KraftMusic has the same price, but with 12 Infannfnfirmcam patch cables. buuuuuuut they're not listed in stock yet. ordering one from Sweetwater tonight, gonna list my Whitey Boy Version for like $150 i guess?

i had something weird like that, like one gate wasn't sending, think on a sequencer? after a buttttload of looking around, it seems that the BSP freaks out sometimes when you do an upgrade while you have patterns saved. it's like it stores some old data inside sequences.

so, if you erase all your patterns, then do a full reboot/restore (i forget what Arturia calls it), that usually fixes almost any odd Not Sending The Right CV problem.

Envelope generators : if you have a lot of free HP, there's the Doepfer A-143-1 that seems to do a number of cool things and is not too expensive.
Peaks can be a nice dual envelope generator but it also does a crapton of other cool things.
Sputnik also has a big quand function/envelope generator that can be worth checking (same HP as the Doepfer).
QBit recently released the Contour, which is also quite big (20HP) and has 4 envelopes, with voltage control and loop mode...
