IMO if EHX is making money off of this, then Sleep should be compensated. See (b) below, which comes from the link posted below it.

Not being used to sell anything. It's not visible on the exterior of the pedal nor is it present in any of the marketing. It's just an easter egg on the circuit board. Any lawsuit would probably get thrown out on a 12(b)(6) motion.
