In the 80s, there was a Dutch company called Synton who made some cool synths with limited distribution.
Well they came to Superbooth as Syntonovo, 28 years after folding with this exotic oddity. ---The founder says he came for user feedback and to gauge the current culture/desires of the synth community, rather than to take orders. So we'll see if anything comes of it.
It's kind of interesting to me that Synton would resurface about 15 months after a Finnish company failed to crowdfund the relaunch of the Italian Elka Synthex.

That keyboard's really interesting.
At the same time, it seems like it'd be really hard to screw with outside of a studio environment.
Plus, all the things it can do suggest insane prices.
Also, the interviewer (I forget his name) seemed a little aggressive with the dude, which was weird.

Jesus Christ. When people are enthusiastic and curious, they ask questions. There's nothing wrong with Nick Batt's interview etiquette. He's genuinely interested in engaging builders and learning about their designs.

Yeah, Nick from SonicState is one of the only gear reviewer/interviewer/whatever whose videos I genuinely like to watch, because he knows his shit *very* well and he obviously loves all this stuff...

Also, Nick has been at it for so long that he's basically befriended most brand's product people by now, so he talks a lot more freely with them.

Calm down, I wasn't talking about his enthusiasm.
I was talking about him comparing it to other similar-ish keyboard-ish products and basically being like "so what do you have to say for yourself, huh?"
I said it was weird, because he doesn't do that sort of thing a lot.

He's just asking questions. Don't be a safe space bubble boy.

I'm not the one that reacted like I made a personal attack on your best friend.

You do this shit all the time. You jump to false conclusions and try to manufacture a story out of nothing.
Example: calling a composed and professional interviewer "aggressive", when he's merely engaging his subject in a lively and warm discussion.
your assessment = FALSE
Example: telling me to calm down, because I disagree with your views. I am calm. I can point out the incorrect nature of your assessments, without losing my composure.
I'm sitting here in my bathrobe, smoking my bubble pipe and looking at pictures of canine STDs (tonight's Tinder date is a veterinarian and I want to impress her with my knowledge). It don't get no more chillax than that, bubble boy.
your assessment = FALSE
