press quote on D.o.S.'s post and then copy/paste the link inside the soundcloud element to your browser. That's how I do it at least.

Thanks, LG. I got my ass to a computer to check it out, but I'll keep that in mind for the next time I'm out and about.

There was also a part around the 3:00 mark that had some awesome "throat clicking" textures.
I'm pumped!!

Mine just got in. So beautiful and sturdy...
So first impressions:
Just put it a fifteen/thirty minute fuck around with it on yamaha sgv guitar into my beta lead...what D.o.S. said is spot on: Jesus fuck!
It is just awesome. It's got such a dirty, lo-fi, but useable sound. It's almost like running a guitar through 30 mix downs on cassette sometimes and then it cleans up for tight power chords. It was easy to dial in and play with. It gets the artifacts I would expect from a trogotronic (those high pitched artifacts and wierd modulations...but they are more "organic" in the dirty doper...sitting more in the guitar tone than destoying the overall value of it. Subtle but not subtle you know?).
Now, the sustain/oscillations are like nothing I have heard...modulations, feedback, and oscillations that seem controllable and mixed well with some minor arpeggiations...but letting it sustain and take over is beautiful.
It responded to my SGV's controls differently than a lot of osc fuzzes (I know this isn't one)...I wouldn't say it cleaned-up...it just changed the dynamics and help shape the note/chord cut through of all the artifacts.
I really didn't know what to expect, but it is really amazing to me. Some settings my guitar would get kinda muddy, but I could usually remedy that via my playing or by changing tone/volume/pickups on guitar. Notes don't fizzle out or burst in volume, they kinda mix well with chording.
I've got a lot more to delve into on this thing. (Haven't read the instructions yet..haha). And there were moments where I made it do nothing or get quiet...so there is a bit of a learning curve even though it was easy to plug in and make some fucking noise, man.
I noticed that sometimes the tone/sound of the setup would slightly change over time...like slowly drift between tight and noise very subtly and very very slowly. It could be me being a shit guitar player or it could just be something that helps give it life.
There is more depth I haven't explored yet, but I will...
Love it....demos and stuff later (but I really don't think the camera will do it justice...time to see if I have a working mic cable). I actually have work to do today! haha
Thanks for the awesome pedal.

Thanks for the top marks there! I felt it important to reach a point a lot of noise type circuits hit, but without giving up what most of them take away.
And yeah, there does seem to be a spark of life/personality with the builds, I've noticed sometimes they'll start to chatter at me when a note has drawn way out and I think maybe it's reacting to a radio station, but I can't pick up the source (if there is one). Which is nice, because the radio station I tend to pick up in the shop is the LAST station I would choose to listen to.
Glad you're happy, I almost had an "I'M NOT WORTHY, I'M NOT WORTHY" moment in regards to some of the comparisons, cheers for that!
Regarding the next wave of shipments, regretfully I'm not making it to the post office today.. hopefully that will translate in more than two in transit come Monday.. I'll upload the next round of family snapshots once they are available. Thanks again for the patience, and let it be known that I am sitting on another dozen printed circuit boards so there will be more available once I fulfil the preorder.

Also wated to add that all those cool high gain distortion sounds are there, just with more character (went back and twisted knobs more)

Just quickly and randomly running through stuff:
Second knob from the left has a nice sweet spot around 2 o'clock...
I will add some frequency gen and mess with it on bass later!
Umm...signal chain stuff: Yamaha SGV-300 (yellow for mojo and cheddar) -> dirty doper -> sunn beta lead (2 on gain, 5 on bass, 5 on mid, 7 on treble, 0 reverb, 5 or 6 level, and 5 or something on master) recorded on a moto x (old one). Nothing else 'cept chopping off that part where you can hear me turning stuff on.
Not that those settings matter from a phone recording.

here's my "quickie" with the RMA Crustacean and Skychord Utopia Synth (as well as some cuddle action from the two towards the end...):
recorded direct, both sources into the 'Doper to the mixer (eq'd flat, no boosts, no cuts)
at this point from the other demos, it's CLEAR this thing is an AWESOME beast.
(of course i never doubted it would be...)
i'm hoping to get a bit more in depth in the next few weeks, with this (especially the CV) and his Tetanus Booster as well (since those are rolling out soonish? i think he said...)

Gott damm that sounds awesome! Great playing, lg Lovin' how large, nasty and crusty the SGV sounds through the DD, and of course all the strange artifacts.
Definitely want to hear if cv can automate some of the head turning sounds created by knob twisting so that can be integrated in with the tones created during riffage....
Looking forward to listening to the soundcloud demos too, but right now my tab can't handle the plugin sitch....
Thanks DOS--love it, especially the developments in the last couple of segments (and I thought the drone basis useful and appropriate; also, I'm a svcker for drone and waveform manipvlation/degradation/destrvction, so nice to hear the additions and subtractions the DD can make to a simple waveform).
