POG is rediculous...the other guitarist has an old one on his board...when he kicks it in, it just dominates everything!!

not sure if its a good thing in a multi guitar band (maybe he just needs to reign it in a little)...but for a single guitarist band, it would kill!

I wanna get one to run it an octave lower with the clean signal mixed kinda low. I think that might add some stacked heaviness when the other guitarist goes up higher on certain parts. Also messed around with the Black Forest / Quantum Mystic combo. I ended up with the BF in front. Its set up as a really low gain od and it thickens the QM out really nicely. Fat without being woofy and sustains really well for solo work.

Just got this in the mail so I built a new pedal board. It came out great. Had to build a little tall because of the Pedal power underneath.

Pitchblack> Fuzzrocious Demon w/blend > Bitquest > Meatsmoke > poweramp. Fuck yes.

i was looking at these and thinking i could get one of those rackmount marshall poweramps...would be a relatively cheap option for a big tone...

I use a Carvin DCM 2500. Lotsa power in that thing. Picked it up for a good price on eBay with the make an offer option. Though I do still need to try out through my SVT.

Whiskey, I have headroom for days and it puts out exactly what goes in. I use pedals for dirt so I don't have a different tone at different volumes like tubes. It's consistent throughout. And I never worry about blowing tubes. It's worth it.

whats your cab game like? is it louder with the dcm? i have a blueline svt i want to keep and 2 classics i want to sell to fund the amp + preamp. just its a calm gear market right now. feb. they will sell ez$

Aguilar db810 & SWR Big Bertha 215 loaded with Faitals. Got them both off craigslist, but they both ended up coming from the same guy. Go figure. I've even been considering getting a Ampeg fridge.

That is a lot of awesome there We have similar tastes in fuzz. How you liking your Velcrobot XS. I have the same only in plain Aluminum finish. I love mine. Though I love every Fuzzhugger on my board. If you haven't already got a Lab Ratchet then I highly recommend one. Would suit The Whores sound a lot.
