Hey, who knows. Maybe the fact that he lost his god damn mind will mean that he'll put out something that's actually somewhat artisticly sound.
I mean, he hasn't in a long, long while but WHO KNOWS. Maybe this'll be a spiritual successor to Siamese Dream. I MEAN COME ON GUYS. TWO ALBUMS IN ONE YEAR? LIKE SIAMESE TWINS CONNECTED AT THE HIP, ONE MIGHT SAY.

smashing pumpkins the name is inextricably linked to corgan, and the name billy corgan does not have nearly as much marketing girth as the name smashing pumpkins.
corgan will use and abuse that name as long as he lives or until it loses its clout in the "marketplace."
yeah that sounds cold and capitalistic but this is me attempting to empathize with the thought process of billy corgan
