I couldn't have been happier with how that ended.
Every question was answered and everything went miles better than so many other tv show's finales.

Right? As soon as she started putting the sweetener in her drink i was like HA FUCK YOU CUNT
I had thought Walt had the ricin for himself. But my thought behind that kind of panned out. Ricin is for meth distributors like Tuco and Gus. I figured that Walt had faced up to who he had become and thought it was an appropriate method for himself, but by business role it fits for Lydia. The one mild complaint I have on the finale is that Walt giving her the ricin would have been more justified if he had talked to Skylar first and known about the threats on the kids. But he knows what Lydia is capable and what she has been a party to, so good enough.

Yep, a stray bullet hit him in the side. I feel like he intended for that to happen actually, or at least understood the risk because he protected jesse from the gunfire. I wonder what jesse's next move is: Go on the run or go to the cops explaining the whole thing? I hope its the latter, mainly because I want Walt's family and everybody to get the story completely straight on the great Heisenberg's last moments.
I actually had a dream last night about the aftermath. On Flynn's 18th birthday Gretchen and Elliot would give them the 9 million and say this is from Walter White, not drug kingpin Heisenberg, money that he and his family rightfully deserved from Grey Matter. Looking back on the dream this seems like a probable speech Gretchen and Elliot would give.

or they could keep the money. i dunno, i dont really trust them.
a friend pointed out that the neo nazis would have checked walts trunk. there is a marginal suspension of disbelief involved here.
but i guess im nitpicking now.

I trust them to give it to Flynn, only out of the self-preservation.
Why did they want to kill Walt though? I don't get it.

The finale, sort of amazingly, didn't disappoint at all. The song at the end was PERFECT.

The nazis wanted to kill Walt because they know they can't trust him, and he knows about their operation and stuff.
If you're talking about gretchen and elliot though it's just because they thought he came there to harm them. They haven't seen Walt since before he was labelled America's most wanted and dangerous man

As far as the Nazi's know, walt is not a threat, he came to them because he needed their thug power. He was just a guy who knew how to cook meth.
I was kinda surprised they didn't check his trunk too, but remember that the gun was hidden not in the trunk but in the engine of the car, hooked up to the battery. (at least I think it was?) anyway it would have been a lot less likely for them to check there but whatever.
One thing I really liked about the finale is that Walter went into the lab to die. This makes it look like he was cooking the whole time, leaving the legacy and blame with him. I felt like the finale's pacing was a little rushed at parts but I am still pretty happy with it. Great series overall for sure!

Nah it was the trunk. But they probably didn't think he was going to pull some shit that big.

That's walter's strength, he's underestimated all the time
