Compared to having pork with bacon, my snack is just sad: black tea and pistachios. No sugar.

Not gonna have them today..and I'm still not sure they count as "delicious" but on saturday I had some of those new "Snack Salad" things.
They're sort of like hot-fries, as far as texture/consistency, but they are supposedly all natural and are made from green peas.
They don't really taste like much...sort of like a bad version of those crunchy fried green peas (not the wasabi version, but the plain/salted ones))

Strawberries topped with balsamic vinegar and a little suger.
Sounds weird, tastes amazing. The vinegar adds a bit of tang but not too much.

As a culinary student, I would vouch for that being amazing. Balsamic reduction on ice cream, it's a posh syrup.

NO WAY! Hamburger with mustard, not mayo or ketchup, is one of my favorite things! Then again, that's a pretty Texan flavor combination.

NO WAY! Hamburger with mustard, not mayo or ketchup, is one of my favorite things! Then again, that's a pretty Texan flavor combination.
The wife has had Austin Sonic and she said that either it has changed or that it's just different up here. She claimed that the Sonic in Texas was head and shoulders above the one up here. Seems like for the most part the drinks are spot on and the food is just FSA or Sysco generic type stuff. My assessment was a little harsh. I'll change it from SUX to barely edible. I guess I did enjoy a Grilled Chicken Sangwich from there once, and a Breakfast QUAsant. I have no other Sonics to compare to though.
I miss Chik-Fil-a. Someone really needs to open one up around these parts.

It's a shame you don't have a chik-fil-a. That place can do no wrong food-wise. I mean, one may disagree with it's ethics, but I tend to not give a fuck.
