Ah, that's fine. I've seen him make other similar statements and don't read TB enough to actually know the guy. FWIW,...I don't hate EHX,...it's just a lot of stuff they come out with recently is just.

I'd love to give a SMMw/H a go,...also the 2880 Looper. There are a few others I'm sure,...IDK,...maybe I'm just regurgitating opinions I've read on the interwebs but the EHX pedals I've owned I've gotten rid of lickety split. Its a love hate thing I guess,...but that could be par for the course for most of the big makers.

I have to say, some of EHX's older stuff is pretty decent, I tried an old Small Clone and I loved it. My Bass Micro Synth ruled balls when I had it. I was possessed by the BBM for a while back. But I have since tried everything to get rid of it. Bottom line, EHX is 98% not cool for me.

I think they make some cool shit. And some lame shit. I have never found a EHX pedal without a quirk. And I haz a love hate thing going with them in that I have never been able to get their stuff to really work well for me live
That said.... I own... 8 EHX pedals...

I'm conflicted. The features of the SMMH are better than anything out there. I don't know why I've sold them multiple times..
