I should have a DMM XO on the way but stupidly used TGP to buy one. Over the last two weeks the seller has used the following international shipping chestnuts -

1) I need time to get a shipping quote.
2) I have been away on vacation.
3) I shipped it but it was returned to me while I was on vacation. I just have messed up the paperwork. What is your address again?
4) I will confirm the tracking number when I send it...just like the tracking number I forgot to confirm last time.
