I bet, those SOVTEKS are sooooooooooo goddamn loud, I love 'em. Struggled internally over buying MEC's several times haha. 500W Delta too, WOW! You plan to use cab with bass and guitar and whatever else?

Yep! Both that cab and the Verellen are loaded with bass speakers so I can use them with bass and guitar without sweating it- I actually used both cabs at my wedding as the PA inside a church hall and they performed AWESOMELY.

I really want to get out somewhere so I can crank this MIG, so much power!

Haha, that's awesome about the PA.

And yeah, you need to get that SOVTEK singing, they really come alive at high volume. So good.

sent back the Source BMW2 today too. i DID want to like it, but it's just a bit short of what i wanted.

f'really realz 'do. that's actually what interested me about it. it seemed decent at the shop, gonna be home in an hour or two to try it with my shtuff. might be too quiet though. weird. they didn't put a volume knob on it. i know they're pretty committed to their 4 knob layout with their bass stuff, but a volume with some oomph would have been good.

WE'LL SEE.

if i don't like it, i'll take it back tomorrow. they have Wren & Cuff stuff in, so i might spend a tad more than i wanted to and try out the Tall Front Russian. even though i think i don't like muffs. this is for a board that i won't use with people i think though.

MURRRRRR.

Jim Roth, guitar player in Built To Spill.

He also builds great sounding, high quality clones of vintage circuits and posts on the D*A*M forum.

The fucking wildest idea.

It is two FY-2 circuits in a large ass enclosure. It is going to have a master bypass with switches for circuit bends, so I can have two different settings (one for a tenor bass and one for a regular tuned bass) or slam them all on at the same time.

TAKE ME I'M YOURS

those TB'ers are fucking tripping. this thing is really cool. kinda a beast for a $130 mass market fuzz. doesn't do thick in synthy well, but it gets angry and big or grindy as shit. really like it. like, if one of my Non Heavy Mecha fuzzes went out whilst traveling, this'd be a very decent readily available back up.

murrrrrr. LIKE IT.
