That shit is tight! I don't think I'll ever be able to build anything in one of those enclosures...

Those boxes suck, but it's worth it once you're done.

I used to hate 1590As, but now I'm getting sorta attached... they're pretty cute.

Pain in the -ass- though.

I fucking hate 1590A. did it once and was cursing stomp box slurs like "you crappy aluminum piece of fucking shit" the whole time from drilling to final assembly. never again.

Hahaha @ eyg. I really want to build a vibrato or delay in one but I might kill myself.

yeah I was gonna suggest that. he was the first to put a delay in a A as far as I know. the 1590A thread @ DIYstompboxes makes you feel like everything you ever do will never be as tight as the shit in that thread.

yep... and then- "SNAP!" and one of the wires breaks. I settled to only do a few small effects into the 1590As (buffer, booster, tremolo, small distortion/fuzz). for that it's cool but only if you use a 3mm led with a really small bezel and you need to drill accurate as hell because every mm counts. :ewok:

Yeah, I don't think my drinking and drilling is a good idea with 1590A's

Well, I'm starting the design process of a few different projects....it looks like you guys are spared from my repetitive lackluster offerings for a little while

(psst I might have to sneak a few builds in every now and then :animal:)
