[super rough demo, please excuse the tuning, mixing, mastering, and synth patch]

Good stuff happening here?
Am I trying to hard to be Swirlies?
Can you try to hard to be Swirlies?
I don't know much about Swirlies, but you have to start somewhere.

Considering you're working with a new style I think you need a few more in this vein for exploratory purposes before anyone can really say.

I'm enjoying it. :)

Here's some fun tunes I did a while back. Trying to be Godflesh playing pop covers.

Great stuff, as usual :thumb:

Latest experiment:

Probably gonna work on developing it though. I like the atmosphere and listening back to it give me loads of ideas.

Tried to do something darker and heavier. Not the most original riffing.

Finally managed to release something and I feel ecstatic! I've been writing music for a couple of years now, but never really finished anything amounting to more than 2 loosley coupled songs. So now I've made a 4-track concept EP called Tide, which one can buy at Bandcamp and uploaded one of the tracks to soundcloud. Used an Algal Bloom in every song, The Great Destroyer for self-oscillating goodness and Bit: The Legend of Fuzz for solos. BTW, the Algal Bloom works really great as carrier signal for a vocoder.

New track for the next album.

Pretty excited to finally have a decent recording set up. Got some nice guitar on here.
