Soooo, TB...I went through a period of being on there more than I have been for like 6 months but that is because I cant' get on ILF on my work computer. There are just a few glimmers of hope on there, a few people that are thinking outside box. But then, it is still the same shit too. If they made a synth/synth-bass/electro stuff sub-forum that would be cool. There was a thread about the Misa Tri-Bass controller thing:

5 people or so were commenting on the thread. That evening I went to check the thread out, the Mods had moved it to Misc. Sub-Forum. It took awhile to find it. Pretty much killed the fucking thread.

No shame in that, I've thought all the Misa stuff has looked cool, back to when the Kitara first came out. I definitely wouldn't mind taking one for spin, since I suck pretty hard at keys.

Yeah, I still go back over to TB every few weeks in the hopes there will be something interesting and new popping up, but I'm usually disappointed. I totally missed that Tri-bass thread, probably because they moved it.

Yeah the price on the Tri-Bass ($750) is pretty decent considering the price of the Kitara. I am pretty damn sure that I am going to hit it. It isn't going to be released for 2 months or so. I could sell 2 things and get on the pre-order.

All is well.

So I just got back from DC last night. (not trying to steal your thunder about the synth thing Delta, just want to share).

What a fucking trip. We got there, went on a tour bus to all the major places, got to see like one thing and my baby gets sick. We were there one day and she has a temp, and has bloody stools from her diapers. My wife and I were literally in a panic and thankfully we were connected to the hospital by the Georgetown hotel. We get her over to the emergency room and wait, and wait. They move us to a room and we're there 3 nights. 3 fucking nights in the hospital. It turns out after a shit load of blood tests and putting my poor baby through hell that she has C Diff. It's a vicious fucking virus that I don't even understand how she caught it. She must have got it off the plane because normally you get that shit from a hospital or nursing home. Not from just being out in DC. So fucked up. She's on a heavy ass antibiotic and finally feeling better. We spent 4 out of our 6 days in the hospital. Talk about a shit trip but my God, I'm glad she's ok. The doctors at Georgetown were amazing. Probably the best I've ever experienced. So thankful for them.

On her 3rd day there I went and gave my bone marrow donation. I was discharged that day as one of the fastest recoveries they've ever had. The doctors were amazed at the fact that, I could walk an hour after the procedure, had no pain, and all of my blood tests were normal. I must be the fucking hulk or leg pressing a thousand pounds on a regular basis has really helped my bone density.

So I'm good, she's good and I got a small view of DC. Very small. haha. I'll have to go back there again sometime to actually take in some of the sites.
