Holocaust Museum is definitely worth checking out.

um. i went to a Atomic Bomb Dropping museum in Nagasaki. jusssssst about the most uncomfortable thing i've ever done. but i'd still go to the Holocaust Museum. it's like with reading all the hand written notes around the Ground Zero roping off yarea.... it's so fucking sad but it still felt important to feel it.

I've been to the holocaust museum in DC, and I felt like shit for the rest of the day. That stuff is really heavy. Important, but plan it to end your day, or spend some time recovering by sitting on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial or something.

intonated the fretless Jazz Bass today and spent the afternoon playing along with "Losing My Religion." the Kalamazoo Bass 30 can HARM YOU when it's turned all the way up and you're sitting three feet from it.

It looks like I may not be going now.

My test results came back and everything is perfect expect my platelet levels are low and so is my white blood cell count. I'm not sure why either. So they have to draw two more vials of blood from me tomorrow and retest. That makes 15 fucking vials they've taken from me in a month. Here's the kicker too. The lady handling all of this for me tells me "I don't know if we have another donor if this doesn't work out".

Why the fuck would she tell me that? WHY? Now I feel so much fucking pressure, like it's going to be my fault if the guy doesn't make it. Such bullshit. I mean, what the fuck am I supposed to do? I can't make my cell count higher. So ridiculous. I've been a wreck every since talking to her. Just feeling horrible. Sucks. I'll know on Saturday whether or not I'm going to be able to do this. I hope for his sake, I can.


Ok on a different note. God damn it! The solderless fucking plugs! I should have listened to those of you that cautioned me. Fuck. All they do is fail left and right. Sometimes its random and other times it's when I move a pedal. Fucking bullshit. They are sooooo expensive. I'm trying to trade them on TB right now. Hopefully one of those guys wants them. My bass signal was all sorts of fucked up and I kept trying to find the cable doing it. Eventually I went nuts and just removed them all and put my old ones back on my board. So pissed off right now.

shit that sucks. i asked about if i should donate bone marrow (i give blood every 2 months) one time and they told me that i'd have to pay them to match me and put me in a donor book, but not to bother since there are so many damn white people that do that. if i was asian or black they would want it......
