Who makes this? It's awesome! Needs some new knobs and a switch tip to match, though..

I played a cream SG Standard at Guitar Center today. Something was off with its neck relative to my SG, though, otherwise it looked great.

Is it separate pieces glued together to get that effect? Looks insane, I've yet to see one in person. What pickups are in it?
