Could you tell some more about the extra modes / functions and footswitch compared to the Goodbye 24?
I think a demo is the easiest way to show the functionality,i will try to put something up soon, the other 2 modes are sort of looper modes, so the extra foot switch is a record button for those. The new 'mode' switch just picks what mode the pedal is operating in (gb24, or one of these looper modes). The 'exp' switch typically controls how the expression jack is handled in any mode. One of the new modes is a bit similar to the teaspoon/stutter idea, although not exactly. The other new mode is a more straightforward looper concept, but plays back up to 3 layered versions of the recorded sample, and you can control the rate/direction of the playback of each version independently via the pots.

I thought I would feel really good about having a second GB24 on the board. Now with this looping business, I know I'm just going to want more and more and more....

New guy here.
I NEED this pedal, there really is nothing like it on the market. I've been intrigued by it for a while now but it's been sold out, and used ones rarely come up for sale. Seeing this thread and that it is coming back soon prompted me to join

I really hope you're building a huge run of pedals because it looks like everyone on this forum wants one
Seriously though I really can't wait!

Fuck me, i'm in for that new shit!
Me too!
If its cheaper we can ship them to me and I'll get yours to you - I only get hit by customs every other purchase, which as I understand is better odds than you guys face.

Thanks man, yu da bess, euro breaux unite!
Since late 2013 my odds seem to have gone down the drain considerably indeed and so far I've always been hit by taxes on the Canadian stuff.

Then again if you get hit by taxes for the whole order that would be super suckage (I don't exactly know what's the best way to deal with that so it wouldn't be really inconvenient for you) and we don't know yet whether we can all get one, I'd say lets keep in touch about it.

I'm really excited for this one!

What about the quantised chromatic intervals, is that still happening?
yes there are 3 quantized modes: 1 is like the old gb24 (not quantized at all), 1 is chromatic steps +/- 1 octave, 1 is only octaves and perfect fifths +/- 1 octave.
Bellyheart wrote:Not sure if it was covered but what's the damage in these?
they will be around 200 usd. when i actually have them ready to go i will announce the final price.
Tristan wrote:and we don't know yet whether we can all get one,
i would say don't worry there will be enough. maybe not all at once but I will build them until there is no perceivable demand..
ok stay tuned.
