it's about time to wind up the espresso machine and make a huge and delicious latte.

i totally just had some baba ghannouj which is one of my all time favorite foods ever. it actually improves my day when i get it.

as well it should. back in the day my erstwhile drummer Michael Zerang's mom, who was Assyrian, would make bowls of the stuff for us to snack on after we rehearsed our odd acoustic improvisational music in his folks' basement. them was teh days.

appreciate the fuck out of that kind of stuff now while you're that age, people--i was about 20 then--and don't be walking around going "gee my life sucks." be out there living. go have a gyro. or a veggie burger if you must. but don't just sit around and wish you were somewhere else.

FUCK YOU PIZZA HUT,...MINE's Better.

The wife made the dough from scratch and I did the rest. Coated the pan in olive/peanut oil to fry the crust a bit,....it's got Vintage White Cheddar (it's better cause it's vintage) some organic tomato sauce,...and shitty greasy hormel pepperoni (it's what we had laying around the house).

Bagel chips with homemade hummus, sweet Swiss cheese and Havarti cheese!
