I never thought about splinters... ouch. But yes, lipsticks, indeed. When I saw them live that guitar was just thrown behind his amplifier, no case or anything. He dug it out right before they went on stage. Ultimate noise machine. Fuck, I want to see them live again.
(A Place To Bury Strangers, for y'alls that can't see through his butt)

Always wait until the very end so the other people bidding on it don't know you're there too. No point getting into a bidding war.

Definitely this.
And I prefer to use bookmarks instead of "watching" an item. Watching an item just entices the seller, if they're kinda shifty, to make false bids to try rig up the price. Otherwise if there is less watchers they'll be less confident in bidding on their own items to save on listing fees or time in general.

I never bid on anything until literally the last seconds. It also cuts down on impulse buying. I have to actually track when the auction ends and then be at the computer for it to put my bid in. I bid the MAXIMUM I AM WILLING TO PAY. If nobody else bids it up in the last minute the bid will only increase to a dollar higher than the max the last guy put. Keeps it cheaper.

I am hoping my GAS will finally subside. I've got 4 pedals in transit: DanDoubleEwe's old ARC Effects Green Muff, a custom Lollygagger FX Cherry Box, and I pre-ordered the 2 $60 Devi Ever fuzzes. My board has turned over so much this last year that once the ARC arrives and knocks my tired old Sovtek off my board there won't be a single pedal on there I owned a six months ago.

This guy is rad. I have the MD3 and it is a great digital delay . that one adds true bypass and a tone knob to darken the repeats. WANT!
