Just ordered a Red Panda Context from Prymaxe. I tried to resist...But the sale...It was too tempting.
Can't wait for those trails!

Deciding on a new haul.

I did very well on my finals and managed to get great grades this past semester (after thinking I failed 3/5 classes, too) so I've decided to treat myself to some new gear.

I know I'm getting...

Dr. Sci ILF Day Delay
and
Korg Volca Beats (assuming the build quality is decent)

but I'm not sure which direction I want to invest in next.

There are numerous pedals I'd love to add to my collection, like the Possessed Tremolo, some phaser, perhaps a new distortion/fuzz, maybe another delay because I'm stupid like that.

I've been on a bass kick recently and would love to own my own bass for once...
I've also been impressed with the new Sabian Hoop Crasher they made for Jojo Mayer, and I have been craving that along with a new snare for a while...
I tried out that Bass VI a few months ago, and then again a few weeks ago, and it was so tasty. It would satisfy my guitar want and my bass want in one fell swoop.
With the limited range of my AC15C1, and the seemingly increasing amount of noise I hear from it, I'm thinking I might need a new amp.

I definitely can't afford it but that Marr Jaguar is delicious. I want to treat myself but I have limits lol.

Basically I am getting nowhere with my decision making. :picard:

I say just wait it out, and think on it more. Congrats on the grades though that's always a good feeling. Way better to worry about what gear to reward yourself with than what you will have to do to fix your GPA :thumb:

I wish the Mojo Hand FX Villanova was out already so I could use the PryMaxe 16% code and pick one up.

Supposed to be last month, but apparently they'll be in PGS in a few days.

It's crazy that the Ciokolate is only a little bit cheaper than a TimeLine, but it's such a useful thing to have. The idea is, once you've bought it you won't ever have to replace it or worry about power again. It's a lot of money to drop on something silent, but it's incredibly useful and worth it in the long run.

Yeah it was pretty depressing seeing that much money go just on a power supply (especially since the shipping was $60..)
But I'm glad it's done, I've had to run mobius, moog and XP1000 on separate wall warts lately because of noise and it's annoying as hell.
I was considering that Yankee PS-M2 one as well but Cioks has a much more solid reputation.

I've been using Cioks for years, and using their "pro" line for the last two years (Pussy power and Eventide power). Super good investment.
