What would you do if you found out you were a clone behnderz? or part of some crazy meat world circuitry experiment?

From a sociological perspective futuresailors thinks that it's not so much that people desire this paradoxical "I want to be a unique individual but still want to be part of the crowd" existence as the individuality to be used as a means of creating a role in the group. People can't imagine or comprehend the concept of a completely unique existence.

ie: An artist works with an unusual medium, say, hardened semen. Is he trying to be an entirely unique and isolated being? No. He wants to be the hardened semen cog in the human machination.

Sailz - i dunno. as long as i don't have a shortened life expectancy because of it then being a clone is meaningless. after about 5 minutes you've made enough different choices or experienced enough different things that you're not the same person. yeah, there's the existential dread of "these aren't even my MEMORIES", but my memory is kinda shit (JUST WHAT A CLONE WOULD BE PROGRAMMED TO USE AS AN EXCUSE), so i'm just more worried about the body feeling fine then suddenly i wake up and there's huge scars in my eyes that are opening up and small cameras are escaping my ocular cavity or OOPS. MOUTH FULL OF BLOOD, PILLOW COVERED WITH TEATH AND BITS OF TONGUE.

but body horror stuff is my most enjoyed and effective fear i guess.

if it WAS an experiment, it just would explain a LOT. like, i don't know what it'd change in the long run, but knowing that there was a REASON that i rarely feel like i understand people? or all the rape and atrocities and violence we do to each other is not because we're wired like that, but because they want to see how people reared outside a communal mind react to that?
