ugh. i am sooooooooo damn impressed at ANYbody that's just fluent in their field.

hell. i was ENTRANCED watching this guy change tires at a place while i was waiting for one of mine to get patched. the comfort and speed at which he did something that wasn't super complex but definitely something i'd stumble through........ it was hypnotic. video and music editing is like that but even MORE impressive 'cause i've got a little bit of experience....... so i can get all jibbly-wowed at knowing how much extra is going on.

When I retire, I'm going to go back to being a mechanic. It's about the best work in the world. Rewarding, things work like they're supposed to, and you just feel good at the end of a day of work. Wouldn't want to make a career of it, but I still love doing all the work on my own cars.

also, i'm not sure if i should be worried.

i get nosebleeds once in awhile. for the longest when i was younger it was almost a week every month. called them my Face Periods. now it's just when the weather goes through pretty dramatic changes. which..... this part of Cali.... some months is a day to day thing. but as an adult i'm around maybe 1 or 2 a month.

for the last month or two every. single. time. i blow my nose i have a silent litany of "please no blood please no blood PLEASE NO BLOOD" going in my head. i've been spewing plasma 2 or 3 times a week lately. the REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLY worrisome thing is it has always been one nostril at a time, and the same one for months at a time until it's the other side's turn to have issues. but lately it's been random which goes kablooey and sometimes both are a mess.

iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii'm.......... a little worried that i'm a clone that's breaking down. i DO read and watch too much cyberpunk and live in a personal fantasy world based on wishful thinking brought about by such............ but still.

if i stop posting completely, that means i'm a later iteration of the Ben Software that has deteriorated it's once mighty shell.
