How hard was it to build? I've heard compressors are a bit fiddly. Is that right, do you think?

They can be temperamental and there's a solid parts count but I had more trouble with the functionality than the compressor itself. Built a couple of optical Compulator clones that were no hassle. As with anything research helps.

And that we did. The record store owner told me to drop some off on the way to our Atlanta show and that he would buy 5 or 6 copies.
