The Multistage looks soooo great. I got an amazing deal on a BASTL CV Trinity when I was just starting out and craving a Batumi, and it does a lot!
I have almost hit cheap A-143-2s several times, and I wish I had--much depth for the used dolla....
Anybody have experience of the Omnimod? I can say that the Dynamic Destiny is pretty great....

I guess starting with a Wogglebug and Peaks ruined me for 'normal' LFO...I almost always want the strange/random/oddly shaped waveforms over the usual sine, triangle, and square. It would take 3 Pico RND to sort of, kind of equal the output power of one Batumi, but ultimately that's the way I'd rather go. Moar random!

Sounds like you need some Ieaskul modules

Woggle on! Peaks is worthy of doubles. Double Peaks, Double Disting. Double O&C. Double Demora.
I'm consumed enough by the pseudorandom of Turing Machine expanded bc voltage sliiderz. And O&C!
Edit: Jesus. Spurt.

Befaco is making a beefy skiff-friendly power supply WITH a 9V output for pedals. Tight.

Oooh. Kit only?

Befaco usually pre-builds their modules for sale as well as selling kits. I'd imagine they'd do both.

Random thinking out loud here, but I'm starting to think about flipping the majority of my euro gear and replacing it with a Mother 32 and a 0-Coast. I'm kind of getting tired of the never ending gas to expand. I'd probably still keep a small 3U skiff of some essential modules to pair with the Mother 32 and 0-Coast, though. Maybe I'll post a trade feeler over on Muffs BST.

Incidentally the 0-Coast arrived today, and it's a cool piece of kit. I would definitely have a think about what you plan on flipping that will be replaced by it and the Moog, though. For example, the 0-Coast doesn't have a filter (although you can fake it, sort of).

I'm there, too. Still have my Moog Mother on the desk...add an 0 Coast, a little qu-bit sequencer, a PSU and a 2hp mult and be done. Minimal, powerful, black. 60hp/6U.

Yeah a filter would be one of the things I'd keep in a skiff mostly because I love my Belgrad. I'd probably stick with something like this:

Essentially, my setup would be that skiff, Mother32, 0-Coast, Field Kit, Drumbrute, Microbrute (might upgrade to a Minibrute or Minilogue), and various pedals. With that whole combo, I don't think there's anything I'd truly be missing....well maybe the Samara and O'Tool, but they're not really essential.
For reference, this is what I currently have:

your smaller set up sounds perfect. the possibilities seem overwhelming with that massive rack of yours
I've been playing with my sv-1 like crazy. I LOVE the filter.. I can listen to it drone all damn day. thanks for the suggestions, LG. I checked them out along with the batumi. batumi seems hard to find/pricy (the ultimate tho, for sure) but the synthrotek one is so cheap and small and goes pretty slow.. will probably snag one if this Analogue Systems RS-80 falls through. I'm thinking a slow lfo + something to multiply/divide time will get me a long way. going to be on the lookout for a beatstep pro too
I put together this lil track of the sv-1 if you want to check it out! few layers, no processing besides some spring verb from the space

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm feeling right now. Pretty sure I am going to go for this; posting in BST soon.

That sounded awesome, I'm going to definitely have to look into the Lifeforms too. That hasn't really been on my radar.

Why do you need a traditional resonant filter when you have the waveshapers? The basic waveform is a low harmonic content triangle. Add harmonics with the multiplier instead of removing with the filter.
It does have the non resonant dynamics filter that I think is good enough. It works well enough with the waveshapers.
My biggest want on the 0-coast was a divider or pull or something to make that square wave out a bit more useful out of the box.
