Ghirardelli's unsweetened cocoa and spiced rum are my go-tos for mocha. ;)

I gotta try this spiced rum jazz you guys are going on about.
I don't even drink rum and it sounds like liquid gold.

I have 2 Keurigs now which is complete overkill,
one at work and one at home,
I never use the one at work unless it is an emergency and some dummy has used the bunn to make tea again

Apparently I have a Chemex coming from the missus. Was supposed to be here for Krimmas, but shipping got screwy. I'm excited to use it for cold brew. Got a box of the filters, and they are totally confusing to my 2d brain, but I think they'll make sense when the actual thing is here. Whooooo!
I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.

Yea it seems to work ok. Kind of tedious but better than instant, and way better than nothin'.

Once I discovered pour over it felt like I was actually having coffee for the first time. So much more flavor. Lately I've been cold brewing my own or buying Chameleon cold brew when I'm feeling lazy. Their chicory one is really good with some almond milk and sweetener.

TOTALLY. I did it pretty much every day for a year or so until I got burned out. I got a Bonavita drip maker that gets close, but it's still not the same...

Just bought a couple bags of really fantastic Ethiopian beans from Olympia last week and broke out the pour over stuff again. It makes all the difference in the world, especially if you've gone to the trouble to splurge on some nice coffee. V60 is my fave method.

I love pour over. I use up a lot of beans though. And how.
Cold brew is smooth as silk too.

Cold brew + a few ice cubes, blended with almond milk--for dessert.
