USPS tracking is all:

Will post clips: they'll be tabletop but I'll try to make it really obvious (i.e. super basic dry signal and only the Doper).

Two more out the door.

Regarding my previous concern about marring the finish during drill out, I did employ masking tape and a more careful peck, HOWEVER - I have a hunch mild steel is a little different animal than the standard aluminium enclosure, in that steel shavings are like flying razor wires that simply DO NOT GIVE A FUCK and will do whatever damage they please. I've accepted this when working finished shells as opposed to finishing worked shells (which will be my angle moving forward). SO - please forgive the minor marring where it occurs, it's all part of the process at this point. :picard:

Good news that! Some of the controls might be counter-intuitive, don't hesitate to pick my brain or yell profanities. Whatever it takes.

Also, side note: if anyone wants to actually open the pedal up to poke around inside, DO NOT go for the flat head screws, go for the philips head.. and be aware that the metal edges inside will happily cut you faster than the ones outside (which are hopefully somewhat civilized, we've had a few discussions).

Don't mind me, I'm just randomly posting shit to make my 100 count so I can look into a cubbyhole in the shark tank.

That'd be awesome!

Curious about the tetanus booster. Have there been any updates/revisions since the late july update or has it remained the same? I noticed the addition of CV. Three jacks...like output or input in two channels (mixer or splitter)?

It looks awesome too! Really, really want that thing, but gotta stop getting stuff for the moment (but soon  ).

No revisions since July, I just haven't started flogging that model until recently.

The Tetanus Booster is based on a clean gain (microphone preamp) circuit, clean is something of a misnomer as it does distort. The way I have the circuit set up is with the standard pair of 1/4" at main output, that then feeds a unity gain buffer - so there's an active split with a single input. The banana happen to be hanging off the buffered output so plugging into something with a little DC (like the Dirty Doper CV input) won't put DC on the standard output and fuck with other shit down the line.

I measured something like 42 dB of gain with my personal 2N3904 prototype build, BLOOD EAGLE got one with 2N5088.. I haven't gotten around to compiling a shoot-out between 3904, 5088, and BC547 yet, but that will come, and IF there's a clear winner.. that will be that.

The raw PCB can be available once I have stock of it too, simple circuit with tons of room for tailoring to your needs.

Either the Traynor YBA-3 Custom Special (not the BIG 3), a Fender Quad, or a puny Newcomb E-10B driving whatever cabs I have laying around (that's what my demos were). Mind you, I took out a 15 in my big cab with the Traynor thanks to one of these, but that was at *practice* volume. I also have some sand amps available, but prefer to let them collect dust unless I need to use one for some reason..

Lately it's been the Fender, checking them out before they're boxed up.
