Venison sausage (from a deer my brother shot), whole wheat crackers, + sliced mozerella cheese I left out for an hour so it'd be room temp. I'm sure that sounds horrible to the vegans, but it's sooooooooo good. Better sausage than any you can buy in a store!
Ice tea + lemonade w/ a ton of ice.
