Sadly he has been playing roughly the same part for over 20 years.
He has his moments though, like The Border, Hoffa, and The departed..

Oh even Michelle Pfeiffer couldn’t save Wolf.

Definitely Braindead and Bad Taste by Peter Jackson, (also Meet the Feebles, but that isnt really horror). Also, the worst low budget film of all time that I have ever seen was a mid 80'd aussie "horror" called Houseboat Horror. This has to be the worst film ever, but it is hilarious. Think you and your mates getting together one weekend, getting really drunk/stoned/whatever, and filming a movie. Thats it. Not really horror, more horrific!

Ugh, I hated Jack in The Departed. He mailed that one in so bad, they should have put a huge postage stamp on his back for the whole movie. Umm Jack, you were supposed to be playing an Irish Boston mobster (Whitey Bulger), not Jack Nicholson. He was the only damn person in the movie who couldn't even be bothered to learn a Boston accent. Everyone else was great.

The only problem with the Shining is that his character is supposed to be normal at the beginning, and then gradually go insane. Jack was a fucking wacko from the beginning of the movie.

But I thought he was great in Cuckoo's Nest.

Badtaste and Braindead were some of the first bad horrors I saw back in the day... I might get Braindead again though seeing as i've lost my DVD, that was a truly nasty and funny film.

Is Fido the one as in Billy Connoly as a Zombie? I don't really remember that being particularly a horror but it was pretty funny.

Death Bed sounds like it could be good, a bed that eats people? What's not to like!

 Trolls 2... I know I said bad but that's spectacular, I think it might be one winner (although i'm not sure I can cope with that kid for a whole film) especially as you get Troll & Troll 2 for the same price as any other crap DVD on amazon (even though they're entirely unrelated)

Death Bed is actually pretty expensive, has to be a U.S import :( but it looks like it's worth a watch so i'll keep a look out for it.

Anyone seen Trick or Treat (The 80's one) with Ozzy Osbourne as a Televangelist?

Or this film, the title says it all - Rabid Grannies  (Which in a simmilar vein to Trolls 2 having no Trolls in it, is actually about 2 Aunties)

And is Return of the Living Dead worth a watch?

I caught part of that Troll 2 on tv the other night and it was fantastic. It's the story of a boy, his magical grandfather, and their struggle against a town full of goblins.

Killer Clowns From Outer Space is a good one too, but I think it pales in comparison with Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.
