I liked them once and then every time I met my mate for about 2-3 years he went on and on about them and always insited they were played at parties or when just chillin' listening to music and now i've grown to despise them just from that

Tool fans ruined my first MBV show. Cuz they had MBV opening for Tool at a festival and all the Tool fans were being major dicks. I was like, "man, don't you know that Tool totally loathes you fuckers?"

But Tool is fan-fucking-tastic, so long as you're not trying to see them live. (they play an amazing show, it's just their fans are fucking annoying.)

Seriously, I am a gifuckinormous fan of Tool. But I agree that most of their fans are insufferable. It really makes me wonder how many of their fans have actually sat down and listened to the lyrics in "Hooker With a Penis" and "Ticks and Leeches". Those songs were written about you, you fucking morons.

good. i thought it was just me.

tool is great. saw them in 96! one of the best shows of my life. a guy i went to school with started listening to them shortly after. this guy was always around as he was a friend of a friend. he started with that maynard is writing songs about my life shit. we all stopped listening to tool for a long time. then when perfect circle came around this guy got worse. seriously, its like me and maynard are the same person. no, sorry. maynard is a gifted man and you are the biggest douche i have ever met.

its too bad really. i never was able to give 10,000 days much of a chance.

I've seen TOOL 26 times.
Probably my favorite band to see live.
One of my favorite bands of all time.

I quite like Tool...
